There are two ways to order form Gumnut Toys:
How to order online
To process an order online you need to have a valid email address for us to send to you your order details. One of the most common problems with online ordering is incorrect email addresses or mistakes occurring when you enter your email address.
Step 1: Add items to your shopping cart
- Select the items and quantities you would like to order and these will be added to your shopping cart
- Select your country from the drop down list and click on the "Calculate" button to calculate shipping costs
- Enter your email address (for returning customers only)
- Click on the Checkout button
Note: There are three shipping methods: Pick up, Post and Express Post. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs. If you choose the Pick up or Express Post option, the shipping costs will be calculated manually before the payment is processed.

Step 2: Fill in your billing information
- Enter your billing details and your delivery details
- Click on the Submit button
Step 3: Choose your payment method
- Click on Direct Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card or Money Order
Note: We don’t accept Cheques or Cash when you order online.
Step 4: Payment details
- Direct Deposit: copy the account details for the direct deposit payment and click on the Submit button
- PayPal: click on the Submit button
- Credit Card: fill in your credit card details in the spaces provided and click on the Submit button
- Money Order: copy the details for the money order payment and click on the Submit button
Step 5: Process Order
- Review the billing and shipping information
- Review the payment information
- Review the products information
- Click on the Place Order button to confirm the order
Once your order is fully processed you will receive an email of the order details. If you do not receive the emailed order confirmation please contact us here.

Gumnut Toys are committed to achieving the highest levels of customer service and ensuring that the online ordering process is as hassle-free as possible.
We use E parcel with Australia Post. This allows for a signature on delivery and tracking of items. All express Post items will also require a signature on delivery.
We do allow pick up for those living locally or in Brisbane. Simply call us on 0412 732 067 or send us a message here to arrange a time.
Some items are too big for this method and the cost is calculated. Our MAXIMUM postage cost is $18.00 anywhere in Australia (this does not include the $5 express post cost). For international orders the cost for freight is always calculated.
You can calculate the postage costs before you send your order during step 1 in the shopping cart. Just choose a country and hit “calculate freight”.
If we have the product in stock it will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving the order.
If for some reason we are out of stock at the time you place your order, we will contact the supplier and advise you via email when the items should be available.
We will again notify you by email when your items are sent.
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at
Gumnut Toys. If you are not satisfied, you may return or
exchange the following within 14 days of the shipment's
- Any toy item in its original packaging and condition
How to Return or Exchange an Item
It is easy to return or exchange any Gumnut Toys item. Just follow the instructions below.
Sending Your Return/Exchange to us
- Contact us here to obtain a return reference number.
- Include a copy of your receipt in your shipment and the return reference number.
- Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
- Mail the package to the address listed below.
- For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like Australia Post.
- Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
- We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
- For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you don't have your receipt, please write your order
number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip
of paper you enclose in your package.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us by following the Return\ Exchange instructions above, and we will replace the item or refund your money (including shipping charges).
Special Return Instructions for Oversized Items
Some oversized items, including large playhouses, riding toys or pools may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please save your pack slip. If you need to return or exchange an oversized item, refer to the pack slip for the correct shipping address and instructions.
